Reservations
A reservation shall only become valid once it has been confirmed by us in writing (including via email).
Payment
Deposit
A deposit of 70% is due 1 month before arrival at the latest.
Final payment
The balance is due 1 week before arrival at the latest. You will receive the bank details from us with the reservation confirmation.
Arrival
Arrival from 3 p.m. by key vault. You will receive further information from us 1 week before arrival.
Departure
Departure by 10:00 in the morning at the latest.
Cancellation
Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before arrival - after that you will be charged 70% of the costs. In case of no-show, 100% of the total rent will be charged.
Jurisdiction
The place of fulfilment and the place of jurisdiction for both parties is Bernkastel-Kues.
